Program components like the pre-listing inspection and home warranty are coordinated by REC as part of your listing — and many prep costs qualify for our paid-at-closing repair options, so you can get market-ready with little or nothing out of pocket. We’ll walk through the exact numbers in your net sheet before you commit to anything.
My listing just expired with another agent. Is this program for me?
It was practically built for you.
